It is a Branch responsibility to check the credentials of all applicants. However, the Association Records Keeper can with the above information and the members date of leaving service (if applicable) query the Records Office at Centurion.
Any member or prospective member who has lost his service documents can replace them by applying in writing to:
Navy Record Office,
Room 1047 - Centurion Building,
PO Box 31,
After appropriate action by the Branch Secretary, this form should be forwarded to the Records Keeper for inclusion of the member's details in the Association Register (Revised April 1999)
