12-07-1942 : HMS Safari sinks the Italian sailing vessel Adda with gunfire and one torpedo off Monte Santo, south of the Gulf of Orosei, Sardinia, Italy.
16-08-1942 : HMS Safari damages a sailing vessel with gunfire east of Sardinia.
17-08-1942 : HMS Safari sinks the Italian sailing vessel Ausonia with gunfire 11 nautical miles bearing 180 from Orosei, Sardinia.
18-08-1942 : HMS Safari torpedoes and sinks the Italian merchant Perseo near Cape Carbonara, 15 nautical miles south of Serpentara, Sardinia and later attacked the Italian submarine Bronzo.

20-12-1942 : HMS Safari torpedoes and heavily damages the Italian auxiliary patrol vessel F 139/Constantina in thbe Gulf of Hammamet, Tunisia. The damaged Italian ship was declared a total loss.
21-12-1942 : HMS Safari sinks the Italian auxiliary minesweeper Rosina S. about 5 nautical miles south of Hammamet, Tunisa.
