Chinese Wedding Cake

Put rice into 2 pint pie dish. Add 1 tbsp. sugar, pour on milk.

Drop in Sultanas evenly.

Dot surface with shavings of butter or Marge.

Sprinkle evenly with Nutmeg.

Place on baking dish in a slow oven (300F) Gas 2, for 2 hours.

Serve hot with Ice cream.

Delicious cold mixed with jam.
