1940O24 (Dutch)Fired two torpedoes against a German merchant vessel, most likely the Alsterufer, off Bergen, Norway. No hits were obtained.
1943Unsparing (P55)HMS Unsparing torpedoes and sinks the German merchant Ingeborg west of the Island of Stampalia, Greece.
1944Storm (P233)HMS Storm sinks two Japanese sailing vessels with gunfire in the Gulf of Boni, Celebes, Netherlands East Indies
1944Tally-Ho (P317)Tally-Ho departed Ceylon carrying a secret OSS-sponsored three-man Free Thai team bound for Siam. On the way, Tally-Ho tried unsuccessfully to intercept a German submarine. The journey was further delayed by a search for downed Allied airmen near the Straits of Malacca. The Free Thai team was finally landed on KoKradan, Trang Province, on 9 November.
