1939Seahorse (S98)HMS Seahorse was undocked at Rosyth and returned to Dundee.
1940Trident (N52)U-31 was attacked by the British submarine Trident. First the submarine fired 4 torpedoes, all of which missed U-31. When the British sub began to fire its gun, U-31 crash-dived. The Trident followed up with some explosive charges, but without sucess

2002Trafalgar (S107)HMS Trafalgar hit rocks beneath 150 ft. of water about three miles off the Isle of Skye. The smash caused extensive damage, forcing the vessel to limp back into Faslane naval base. Two crew members were hurt in the impact, one breaking his nose and the other spraining his back.
