14-08-1940 : Torpedoed and sunk the Italian steamship Leopardi.
16-08-1940 : HMS Osiris sinks the Italian merchant Morea about 50 nautical miles west of Durazzo, Albania. The Morea twice evaded torpedoes so was sunk with gunfire.
22-09-1940 : HMS Osiris on patrol in the southern Adriatic attacks a convoy and sinks torpedo boat Palestro
14-07-1941 : HMS Osiris damages the Italian merchant Capo d'Orso with torpedo and gunfire off Argostolion, Kefalonia Island, Greece.
27-06-1943 : HMS Osiris sinks the Italian sailing vessel Vittorina with gunfire north of Crete.
