Bourbon balls
In bowl, combine burbon and vanilla wafers which you have smashed into fine crumbs, put aside.
Melt chocolate in double boiler or on a low heat and stir.
Remove from heat when melted and stir in crumb mix, put aside for
30
minutes to avoid burnt fingers, then shape into one inch balls and
roll in
nuts which you have smashed
If you dont like nuts, (which I don't) get another big bar of chocolate, melt it, make the balls.
Stick a toothpick in each one and dip it in the melted chocolate, up-end them on wax paper
Remove toothpick, use teaspoon dipped in chocolate to cover up hole, freeze well and keep in tightly covered tin
