Macaroni Pudding
Break the Macaroni into small pieces and put into saucepan with the milk. Simmer very gently 'til tender-about 30 mins.
Remove from the heat, sweeten and cool slightly, stir in the beaten
egg and pour the mixture into a buttered pie dish. Bake in a moderately
hot oven (365F) Gas4, for about 30 min. until lightly browned.
