Sago or Semolina puddings
Bring the milk to the boil, then sprinkle in the grain, add the sugar, and stir and simmer until the mixture thickens: this will take 10-15 mins.
Pour into a pie dish and bake in a moderate oven (350F) until lightly browned - about 30 minutes.
Delicious mixed with jam, or Ice cream on the side.
