1903 A 1 Completed
1941 Tetrarch (N 77) HMS Tetrarch sinks the Italian sailing vessel Nicita with gunfire 5 nautical miles south of Kos, Greece.
1942 P 222 P222 intercepted the Vichy French merchant Mitidja off Cape Palos, Spain. The ship was boarded and escorted to Gibraltar by HMS Wrestler.
1942 Sea Nymph (P 223) Launched
1942 P 47 / Dolfijn (Dutch) Launched
1942 O 23 (Dutch) Damaged the small Japanese merchant Shofuku Maru No.2 with gunfire about 10 nautical miles southwest of Penang, Malaya.
1943 Usurper (P 56) HMS Usurper sinks the French Chateau Yquem
1943 Unseen (P 51) HMS Unseen torpedoes and sinks the Italian merchant Rastello 48 nautical miles bearing 338 of Brindisi, Italy.
1943 Untiring (P 59) HMS Untiring sinks the Norwegian fisihing vessel Havbis II with gunfire about 55 nautical miles west of the Norwagian coast.
1944 Sunfish (N 81) / V1 (USSR) Bombed and sunk by a Liberator of No.86 Squadron, RAF.
1944 Ultimatum (P 34) HMS Ultimatum fires four torpedoes against a group of small German vessels. The German barge F 811 is hit and sunk off the coast of southern France.
1944 Vigorous (P 74) HMS Vigorous sinks the Greek sailing vessel Doxa with gunfire 18 miles south of Milos Island, Greece.
1944 V 1 (USSR) Bombed and sunk by a Liberator of No.86 Squadron, RAF.
1945 Sea Dog (P 216) HMS Seadog sinks a Japanese sailing vessel with gunfire in the Strait of Malacca.
1945 Stubborn (P 238) HMS Stubborn sinks a small Japanese vessel with gunfire in the eastern part of the Java Sea.
1945 Thrasher (N 37) HMS Thrasher sinks four Japanese coasters and a Japanese sailing vessel with gunfire in the northern part of the Strait of Malacca.

2017 Astute (S 119) HMS Astute returned to the Fleet after completing a major capability upgrade and sea training period.

HMS Astute’s sea training process tested all aspects of the equipment and crew, ensuring that she is ready to respond to emergency situations while continuing with high intensity operations.

The rigorous training package contained a number of phases with the team put through their paces during fire fighting and damage control exercises as well as completing weapon certification of the UK's anti-surface and anti-submarine weapon system.
