1940 Taku (N 38) HMS Taku hit the the German tanker Gedania in the Bay of Biscay about 35 nautical miles south-west of Belle-Isle island with a dud torpedo.
1940 Tigris (N 63) HMS Tigris fires two torpedoes against the Italian submarine Veniero in the Bay of Biscay of the Gironde estuary. Both torpedoes missed.
1941 Utmost (N 19) ORP Sokol and HMS Utmost together sink the Italian merchant Balilla about 20 nautical miles north-west of Capo San Vito, Sicily, Italy.

1944 Tantalus (P 318) HMS Tantalus torpedoes and sinks the Japanese cargo ship Hachijin Maruand damages the Japanese submarine chaser Ch 1 about 225 nautical miles east of Singapore.
1944 Terrapin (P 323) HMS Terrapin sinks the Japanese auxiliary netlayer Kumano Maru in Strait of Malacca.
