1941 Cachalot (N 84) HMS Cachalot lays minefield FD 30 (50 mines) in the Vest Fjord, Norway. The same day she also makes a torpedo attack on a merchant ship but without result.
1942 P 38 HMS P38 torpedoes and sinks Italian merchant Ariosto off Tunisia. 138 Allied POW's are lost
1942 P 36 HMS P 36 torpedoes and damages the Italian destroyer Carabiniere off Taranto.
