25-10-1943	HMS Surf damages the German auxiliary patrol vessel GA 54/Chiaros with gunfire east of Amorgos, Greece.

09-12-1943	HMS Surf torpedoes and sinks the German merchant Sonia south of Lemnos Island, Greece.

14-06-1944	HMS Surf lays mines in the Strait of Malacca.

28-10-1949	Sold to be scrapped at Faslane
