05-02-1941  HMS Upright makes a torpedo attack on an Italian convoy off Kerkennah and missed the Italian merchant Calino.
23-02-1941  HMS Upright torpedoes and sinks the Italian merchant Silvia Tripcovich about 60 nautical miles north-east of Sfax, Tunisia.
25-02-1941  HMS Upright torpedoes and sinks the Italian light cruiser Armando Diaz east off Sfax, Tunisia.
31-03-1941  HMS Upright torpedoes and damages the transport Galilea off Tripoli, Libya.
24-07-1941  HMS Upright fires two torpedoes at the Italian floating drydock GO 22 off Cape dell'Armi. The torpedoes miss and Upright is heavily depth charged by the escorts.
27-09-1941  HMS Upright torpedoed and sank the Italian torpedo boat Albatros 8 nautical miles north-west of Cape Rasocolmo near Milazzo, Sicily, Italy.
13-12-1941  HMS Upright torpedoes and sinks the Italian merchants Fabio Filzi and Carlo del Greco about 15 nautical miles south of Cape San Vito.
09-05-1942  HMS Upright sinks an Italian drydock under tow with gunfire near Cape dell' Armi.
