19-05-1941  HMS Unbeaten attacks the Italian merchant Silvio Scaroni off Tagiura, Libya with a spread of 4 torpedoes that miss the target.
16-06-1941  While on patrol south of the Messina Strait HMS Unbeaten fires torpedoes at a big Italian troop transport. The torpedoes miss the target.
15-07-1941  HMS Unbeaten sinks two sailing vessels with gunfire at Marsa Zuag roads, Libya.
19-08-1941  HMS Unbeaten fires three torpedoes against the Italian troop transport Esperia 15 nautical miles north of Pantelleria but miss the target.
30-08-1941  HMS Unbeaten torpedoes and sinks the Italian sailing vessel V51/Alfa about 25 nautical miles south of Capo dell'Armi, Italy.
12-01-1942  HMS Unbeaten torpedoes and sinks the German submarine U-374 south-west of Cape Spartivento, Calabria, Italy.
