This boat, along with three other C Class, was sent to the Baltic to reinforce the E Class boats which were operating there.

They were towed to Archangel and then made their way down the White Sea Canal on lighters to Kronstadt, where they carried out short patrols in the Gulf of Riga.

Sank one merchant ship whilst in the Baltic.

 22-10-1917   Based at Rogekul to operate in the Gulf of Riga, the submarine was seriously damaged during attack on German naval forces in October 1917. Deliberately ran aground and destroyed by her crew near Pernau, Gulf of Riga.
