29-07-1941  Completed
25-01-1942  HMS Ultimatum torpedoes and sinks the Italian passenger ship Dalmatia L. south-west of Capo dell'Armi.
11-02-1942  Launched
23-02-1942  HMS Ultimatum fires 4 torpedoes against the Italian merchants Ravello and Unione about 80 nautical miles east of Tripoli, Libya. All torpedoes fired missed.
14-03-1942  HMS Ultimatum torpedoes and sinks the Italian submarine Ammiraglio Millo in the Ionian Sea off Punta Stilo, Calabria, Italy.
24-06-1942  HMS Ultimatum makes a torpedo attack on an Italian submarine south of Crete. All torpedoes fired however missed.
07-09-1942  HMS Ultimatum fires four torpedoes against the Italian merchant Luciano Manara in the central Mediterranean about 45 nautical miles south-west of Schiza Island, Greece. All torpedoes fired missed.
05-04-1944  HMS Ultimatum sinks a German sailing vessel with gunfire off Suda Bay, Crete, Greece.
02-05-1944  HMS Ultimatum shells the harour of Kalamata, Greece. Two sailing vessels were sunk, five were destroyed on the slips and one was damaged.
03-07-1944  HMS Ultimatum fires two torpedoes at the German auxilary patrol vessel Uj 6073/Nimeth Allah off Toulon, southern France. The torpedoes miss the target.
27-07-1944  HMS Ultimatum fires four torpedoes against a group of small German vessels. The German barge F 811 is hit and sunk off the coast of southern France.
23-12-1949  Sold and subsequently scrapped at Port Glasgow.
