 12-08-1942   HMS Unshaken sinks the German merchant Georg L.M. Russ off Norway
 25-11-1942   Three members of the Crew of Submarine HMS Unshaken were lost on. The Submarine was on the surface in the Gulf of Genoa in the Mediterranean to charge the battery, but the weather was very rough.

The Submarine rolled badly, the Conning Tower flooded, and he lower hatch was shut to prevent the Submarine from sinking. By the time order was restored and the hatches could be reopened the Commanding Officer and two lookouts had been washed over the side and lost.

The First Lieutenant, Lieutenant H P Westmacott, Royal Navy, took over as the temporary Commanding Officer until a new Commander was brought on board via a Catalina Flying Boat during the passage back to Gibraltar.

 12-01-1943   HMS Unshaken attacks the Italian merchant Campania north-west of Marettimo Island, Italy. All torpedoes missed.
 08-04-1943   HMS Unshaken torpedoes and sinks the Italian merchant Foggia 10 nautical miles bearing 46 off Soussa, Tunisia.
 28-04-1943   HMS Unshaken sinks the Italian torpedo boat Climene
 29-04-1943   HMS Unshaken fires four torpedoes against the French passenger/cargo ship Cap Corse off Cape San Vito, Sicily, Italy. All torpedoes missed.
 22-05-1943   HMS Unshaken sinks the Italian sailing vessel Giovanni G. with gunfire off Augusta, Sicily, Italy.
 23-06-1943   HMS Unshaken sinks the Italian merchant Pomo
 11-07-1943   HMS Unshaken torpedoes and sinks the Italian troop transport Asmara 3 nautical miles east of Brindisi, Italy.
 14-07-1943   HMS Unshaken sinks the Italian auxiliary patrol vessel No 265/Cesena with gunfire off the southern coast of Calabria, Italy.
 19-07-1943   Near Malta HMS Unshaken is missed by four torpedoes fired by ORP Dzik. The Poles thought they were attacking an enemy submarine, luckily the torpedoes missed.
 05-09-1943   HMS Unshaken torpedoes and damages the Italian tanker Dora C. about 10 nautical miles east of Brindisi, Italy.
 03-10-1943   HMS Unshaken fires three torpedoes against the Italian merchant Nina off Elba Island. None of the torpedoes fired hit the target.
 07-04-1944   HMS Unshaken torpedoes and sinks the German merchant Asien off Lista, Norway.
